TUNE Me – 1 Month Membership
The Tighten Me 1 Month training program includes 3 sessions per week with a total of 12 sessions. Within one month, clients can expect to loose a total of 1 – 3 kg, 15 – 25cm* off their problem areas which equals approximately 1 dress size. This membership is suited for: – Already active people looking to shift the last of their stubborn fat, – People who want to fast track their weight loss journey – If you need some motivation and guidance to get back ontrack with your fitness / healthy eating – Want to give the training program a go but don’t want to commit to the 2 or 3 month membership.
